Alyas bikoy ( Peter Joemel Advincula ) has finally come forward to seek police custody and faces a string of criminal cases filed against him by persons who were allegedly defrauded by him in Bicol and Baguio. Advincula has been sending surrender fillers to the PNP while the pressure of manhunt operation for his arrest became more intense after the integrated bar of the Philippines denied his request for assistance.
