The court of appeals affirmed their decision that the news website Rappler is not hundred percent Filipino-owned entity. It rejected its plea
to reverse a 2018 Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) order that revoked its articles of incorporation for violating ownership caps for foreign investors.
